Falls of Braeswood Apartments

It's one of those places where you can win a $100 discounts if you write them a good review, get a credit if you invite new people in and obviously hurting for tenants right now. Some apartments have been empty for months because there is no rush to fix them. Also no dogs, 2 parking spaces, control you have to buy for 50 bucks for a gate that is constantly busted so nobody buys them, expect long lines since barely anyone has controls. There is no guard in the gate and the pools are guardless... when open in the weekends otherwise locked, the gym has a broken window and you need to walk through the leasing office to get in. The street has patched holes the regularly break down, the washing machines are always broken, it has a horrible landscape with dumpster mounds and cheap palm trees and their staff can't speak english without a heavy accent so you know the pay isn't good. Falls of braeswood Is a good property where is very welcoming . Neighbors respect your peace and is very clean . I don’t have problems with maintenance at all . They do follow protocols regarding covid .

Ive been living at this place for over 20years and I deffinetly love it great customer services over all maintenance

They do not have any 1 bed apt with wash and dry machine, and the laundry facilities doesnt work.
