Great apartments !

Currently on my 3rd lease and I love it here, very homey ! Maintenance is VERY quick and professional whenever I need help. Nice apartments, affordable ,
quiet , friendly staff / neighbors, couldn't ask for anything better.

Best Complex Ever

I have been living here for almost a year and absolutely love it. This is a very quiet complex with neighbors that gather frequently in the common areas to watch games and cook out with all tenants welcomed to join. Management is exceptional and very responsive with same day maintenance service.

Gross

Some apartments flood from the damaged roof, the ac units leak into the closets, and the pipes burst and cause the ceilings to collapse. Black mold is everywhere. This place is gross, and there is no attempt to fix anything.

It’s homey

Pros: All adults complex, everybody looks out for each other. Very neat and tidy. No riff raft roaming around you pretty much know when someone doesn’t belong. Very well maintained. I recommend if your looking to get away from all the Houston dysfunction.
