Wow!!! What a great experience me and my fiancé have had with Wendy! Her communication, honestly, integrity and willingness to listen allowed us to purchase our first rental property with ease because being 23 years old with 3 little children we was stress, but Wendy released that stress we had. Wendy really made our first ever rental experience so wonderful. It was a roller coaster ride looking for our perfect home for over a year until we met Wendy who went above and beyond to give us advice... and allow our family to make a fresh start in life and we will be forever grateful to her. With Wendy it was never about the sale but more about securing a "family home" that we can create new memories and live happily in.

I’ve been living at Forayna Vintage Park for 6 months now, and I love it! The property is beautiful and clean. The residents are friendly and the staff is exceptional! It’s an all-round great location!

Took a tour of this property and was blown away. Firstly, Wendy was awesome! I was instantly greeted warmly by the staff and Wendy was highly knowledgeable but never seemed rushed. We walked both sizes of apartment I was interested in, she told me all about the property details, and toured all the amenities. This is the nicest property I have ever visited. Very cool amenities, gorgeous pool, crazy gym, and more and more. The apartments are fully upgraded and the whole property is super clean.... I'd love to live here! Read More
