Golden Bamboo II

I’ve been living at Golden Bamboo Village II since the beginning. This is my honest review for this Apartment Complex.
1. The owners of Golden Bamboo Village II is very generous when it comes to the tenants and their kids.
2. For the Children:
a. They have ‘After School Meals’ for free.
b. They rewards them with money for making ‘Good Grades’.
c. They give them ’School Supplies’ for free.
e. Doing the Summertime they have free meals for them.
3. They celebrate some of the holidays... with the tenants and their kids
A. Halloween
B. They have Christmas Contest: This is my favorite one.
C. They have ‘Get To Know Your Neighbor’ Day and more!
4. They keep the property clean and cut.
5. They have ’Surveillance Cameras’ for Tenant Safety.
6. The Maintenance guys are on the job of keeping the property upkeep and the tenants happy.
7. I have been under some of the best Managers ever, here at Golden Bamboo Village II.

I've been here since the open of the complex ( Aug 2011) and went from the two bed-room apartment to the four bed room town-home; my next move will be a home:). The staff is nice along the upkeep of the complex. To be honest I can't tell the difference from the Lighthouse and Golden Bamboo except for the price range. Every complex has the pro's and con's and overall I rate a 5 stars because even in a expensive apartment or house you are going to have common issue. I consider Golden Bamboo 2 a... great started apartment, looking to save money, or a beautiful place to call home period. The complex is close to all the wonderful shopping area, easy access to highway 6, 290, 45,and the beltway. I will advise you that there is a waiting list so be prepared but you never know if you stop by in person cause it might be your lucky day:) Like I said I've been here since they open and they have been easy on my pockets and allow me not to live from paycheck to paycheck with affordable rent and luxury of a high end town-home. This apartment complex is located near Willowbrook Mall and other shopping areas. The office staff is not the best. There has been several new leasing agents in the last couple of months. The response time for maintenance request is not as timely as I would like. But over all these apartment are spacious and beautiful.
