My experience living in Greenbriar Bend has been very positive. Both the previous manager and our current one have met our needs.
Our current manager is especially empathetic and caring—she goes the extra mile for us.

Quick service from management. Management is friendly and cooperative. Convenient location on the city. Parking is easily accessible. Common areas are well kept. Rent is reasonable.

It's very quiet , always clean, the maintenance Is always on top of everything ... I really really love this place .. the apartment itself has amazing storage and space ..

I have been living on this property for over a year now and I love it. It is in a very safe and walkable location and the property manager Vanessa has always exceeded my expectations. She resolves any issue promptly and will even ensure other apartments aren’t experiencing similar problems. The complex has seen so much good change since she took the position.
Also, while car break ins seem to be a popular crime in Houston, I have never had an issue at this property. And I don’t experience bug... issues like I noticed other complexes complaining about.

I’ve lived here for years during grad school and have never considered looking for a different place. It’s located close to the med center or Rice for students, but also close to Rice Village for when class is over. If I could do it again, I’d still come back here to live during grad school.
