I currently live here with my boyfriend, I’ve lived here since October 19. A week in I was ready for my lease to be up! They didn’t check this apartment at all nor cleaned it. We were missing a rod in our closet as well as the one that was hanging when we got here fell down. This place was infested with roaches. My kitchen sink is leaking and has been since I’ve been here it’s now November 9, and it still isn’t fixed my faucet fell off and sprayed water everywhere today and I keep getting the... same response “ we will tell our maintenance “ and no one ever comes out. Our ac didn’t work when we moved in, the vent filter hasn’t been changed in ages. I had to call and complain 3 times a day it took them 2 days to fix that. Kids knock on the windows at night. My entry door frame is broken and lets light in early in the morning and lets air out 24/7. Also have had 20 people screaming and hollering right outside my window and told the office and they didn’t do anything they all just say “okay” and nothing was done about it. If there was a option for no stars I would have put that this place doesn’t deserve stars at all. Our plugs don’t work in the kitchen. The dishwasher isn’t connected to anything so when I open it the whole thing falls to the floor. Above my stove was black like this place has caught fire they didn’t even take the time to clean that, it took me 5 minutes to get a wipe or wet rag and wipe it off.
