Heights West 11th

PLEASE DO NOT believe the reviews we get baited to leave good reviews to win raffles. I do NOT recommend living here. Tenants have to live with the fear EVERY NIGHT of either getting their vehicle broken into, wheels stolen, or even their whole vehicle stolen. 7+ plus vehicles got broken into within two nights and staff doesn’t do anything about it, they say they can’t control people’s actions and literally do nothing about it. When we filed a police report they turned our investigator away... saying the “footage hasn’t finished downloading”. They have ONE camera in the parking lot. And it’s not once every now and then, it’s constant. They say they have a cop that lives on premises and not even they do anything about it. For your own safety, I promise it’s not worth it. Very poor and unreliable management. They will nickel and dime you at every turn. Better off moving down the road to any other apartment complex.

I’ve been a resident at Heights W. 11th for less than a week, and I 100 percent do not recommend signing a lease here. There are 1000000’s of other apartments in Houston who may actually care about your concerns.

To begin, I had an appointment scheduled with the apartment manger to tour heights west 11th on Saturday February 26, 2022 at 11:00AM.

Upon arrival at 10:50, no one was in the office. I waited approximately 30-45 min and still no one showed up. Coincidentally, another future... resident was there to tour their unit and again she also wondered why no one was in the office as well or why no one would bother reaching out.

The apartment manger never reached out , nor did any of the leasing agents. They never bothered to email me, or call me regarding their mishap.

Instead, I had to call them to reschedule the appointment for later that day at around 4pm.
Clearly, their actions from that day forward evidence that not a single person cares and there’s no one to hold the leasing agents or the leasing manager accountable for their actions.

Next, two weeks before my scheduled move in date- I asked the apartment manager for assistance to get my AT&T services transferred because they needed proof that I was a new resident. I called them twice and emailed them three times regarding this issue.


To no surprise, again, no one responded, called me back, or emailed me.

Upon move in, I immediately noticed that the unit smelled terrible, there were roaches in my shower, the microwave had scorch marks and ignited with fire when I powered it on, and there were broken appliances(dish washer, drawers,). Again, no one bothered to check the conditions of the apartment prior to my move-in day.

I submitted my move-in condition form on Saturday 4/9/22 and still have yet to hear a word from them. Since ive moved in there have been roaches in my shower every morning, my entire unit smells like sewer, I can’t even use the microwave because it ignites with fire, and no one has bothered to call me back to disconnect the previous tenants internet services.

In sum, avoid this complex at all costs! They do not care about your safety, health, or well-being! Read More

This place is great if you're in the mood to be at a party house everyday. Pool party every weekend with many people that don't live here, they crank the music loud, scream and yell till 3am having a beer pong competition. Management has no rules for this problem, even though they are the ones that pick up all the trash and beer cans after these people leave it all over the pool. Parking is the worst! No parking after 7pm and if you want a parking space you got to pay $30-50 and people still... park in your space anyway. Read More
