There was mold in my apartment for months and I was still required to pay rent for despite them being in violation of my lease. The gates are always broken and the community is not safe even resulting in having to park a police cruiser out front to deter crime instead of actually installing cameras.

Living in this apartment complex has been an absolute nightmare. The management consistently fails to address maintenance issues, opting to hire outside companies that provide subpar and temporary fixes. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities, such as failure to consistently collect trash, creates an unsanitary living environment. What's more, the unfair and arbitrary towing policies make it impossible to feel secure in the one place that should provide comfort and stability. Overall, this... complex's disregard for its residents' well-being and the neglect of its responsibilities make it a place to avoid at all costs.

Management are sweet ladies one issue since I’ve lived there and I’m goin on year THREE! Staff and maintenance very attentive and we also gotta new look love the new color!??

Not long after we moved in there was a leak in our ceiling and mold in our bathroom. And to top it off shortly after we noticed that our apartment was roach infested. We tried to reach out to the apartment office multiple times and no one answers.
