Rats, roaches, unqualified maintenance, shady practices. They will raise your rent at least $200-$300 every year without providing any upgrades or services. Takes forever to "fix" things. Leaks, holes, cracks, and bad insulation. Do not move here!! It is run down, they will evict you over a $1 balance and charge $80- $150 late fees over it. But if you ask them to fix basic living necessities, they will take 1 month to "address" it and another 1-2 months to fix it.

Solo te dicen mañna mañna y nunca apáresen y si van te dejan mas peor de lo que está te gusta vivir en un cochinero donde ni atención te ponen donde solo quieren tu dinero este es tu hogar 100% pésimo

Do not rent here my apartment burned down and didn’t do anything and it all happen because of an electrical problem they couldn’t fix leaving 3 families without help

I moved in July 23rd always pay rent on time !! they never replaced the carpet from the previous resident who lived here for 4 years with dogs!! The foundation is poor it rained inside the apartment my bathtub is coming apart!! My disposal is awful & They have roaches & mice !! Management does not fix anything & I have been complaining for months they just blow me off the light outside doesn’t work so extremely dark at night!! This place is horrible!!

The staff here are really helpful Jesenia, she helped us answer all questions that we had.
