DO NOT MOVE IN HERE
WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN!!! I'm warning you! There's RATS! This place is infested with rats and roaches! ?? there's no security what so ever... Way overpriced for the quality of the apts. oh and there's trash EVERYWHERE!

We have weekly pest control services and a part time courtesy officer on a rotating schedule. Our service team spends time every morning picking up the grounds and we've placed rubbish containers throughout the property for the convenience of our... residents. We're sorry that this reviewer had a bad experience.
Las Velas at Hillcroft was a finalist for the Houston Apartment Association Property of the Year in 2019. Our property manager won Manager of the Year. We think you'll find that this review does not accurately reflect our property in 2019.
