Amazing property!!

You owe it to yourself to go and view La Palais. Someone finally listened when planning community living! Every thing you could want is in these units. Counter depth,lots and lots of cabinets multiple closets. The interior is beautiful and of a quality not found in a rental. When dealing with the staff you will see your needs are priority. Even in dealing with a tough issue you will see their commitment to come through for you.
I've never found a large property that has all of these.

Great location and awesome Staff!

I recently signed a lease at Le Palais. The whole process and communication with Judy and Erin was easy. The apartments have great finishes, and it’s in a great location. I will recommend this complex to friends that are looking to move! Thanks guys !

Best House in the Best Neighborhood

Recently visited Le Palais and had a great experience being shown around by Judy and Erin. The complex offers all the amenities most new luxury properties have to offer as well as an ideal location by the River Oaks shopping center. Floorplans are well thought out and al the finishes create a classy French themed environment. Really can’t think of anything I don’t like about the place!
