Nice apartment and friendly office ladies
I just rented an apartment at Mirabella and Shelique and Veronica helped me. They answered all my questions and made my application process so easy. I can’t wait to move in to my new apartment. I paid a little more but all my appliances are stainless steel and I finally have granite countertops. My fur baby and I will be happy here.

Don't move here!
My apartment has so many things wrong that should have been fixed before anyone was allowed to move in and even more so should have been fixed within the almost 1 month I've been here. Management and maintenance have completely stopped replying to me over even attempting to repair anything at all. Maintenance requests are closed without ever being addressed and maintenance loves to say "WE'RE NOT DOING THAT!" It took almost 2 weeks for them to even change a lightbulb. All walk through gates are... broken and have been for longer than I've been here. The drive through gate has been broken for weeks now. There was a severe roach infestation in my apartment but nothing was cleaned before painting - roaches, dead lizards, mold, grease, spider webs, etc were all simply painted over and many things are coming through the paint. There is glue and paint overspray everywhere on the floors and appliances. All the pools are closed and I've heard that they never open them.
There is dog poop everywhere. Supposedly we have a security patrol but you never see him and can't find him and can't contact him. There is no such thing as emergency maintenance - I called when I first got here and it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I will be having issues in my apartment repaired by myself and will be taking it out of my rent until I'm repaid. I have emailed both Hayley and Ms.Gonzalez and have not received one reply in almost 2 weeks. Also, every issue has been submitted as a service request along with pictures.

highly don't recommend
I've been living here for 2 months countless problems no hot water heat not working management terrible waited 1 and 1/2 months to get my mailbox key literally just don't move here seriously.
