I love it here. Mrs Charlotte is very kind and understanding about people and life's adversaries... Maintenance is consistent. I truly recommend this place. Zero tolerance to bull over here as well. Great for me cause I have small kids...

If you want to live in trash and among the roaches! The management is horrible. They charge for services they don’t provide. They have no amenities so I’m not sure why this website is false advertising

I haven't had any problems and I have been living here since February of 2016. Every time I need something fixed, maintenance comes in a timely manner. I have never had a problem with management. The people that work in the office are really nice and respectful. The only thing that can be a hassle is parking depending on the time of night you come home but there is covered parking you can pay for but it hasn't been a big problem for me so I wouldn't bother paying an extra 50 or 75 bucks for it.

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! The apartments are disgusting it trash everywhere. Rhonda in the leasing office is the most deceitful and disgusting person I have ever met. She sent out eviction notices for everyone as soon as she started. It's horrible. The maintenance men just hang out they don't fix anything. The parking is Extremely Horrible. I can't wait to move from here.
