Park At Bellaire

We did not receive any response despite reporting the hot water problem many times. If you want to waste your money, come to this apartment.

Very unprofessional would not waste your time or money here. The turnover rate for there employees is very apparent and with that you will not receive any consistency. They never answer the phones and email is nonexistent and the manager might be the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. They moved me in with apartment not ready and made tons of empty promises that obviously did not get kept. I plan on reporting them to the BBB they obviously should not be able to run a child’s lemonade… stand let alone an apartment complex. Read More

The new management company is horrible. They are currently towing elderly people's vehicle that live in the community without any type of communication. They can tape any other type of communication on a regular basis. The Park at Bellaire and Kerely Towing Solutions are associated which is why so many people's vehicles have been towed in the last week or so. Also, it appears as if they are allowing peo ok e under the age of 55 to live in the community. Beware of allowing your parents to live… in this horrible community. They are slow to do any type of maintenance in the apartments. Their communication is lacking when it comes to issues for the residents. Read More

I have lived in the community for two years. The architecture is aMazing! No two units are alike! I appreciate the quiet community, the clubhouse amenities, off-street parking, and reasonable rental rates. Management has improved, so improved maintenance has followed.
Living here, you’re right in the Bellaire Community without the Bellaire prices!! If you see one unit that doesn’t suit your fancy, just ask to see another—I’m confident you’ll appreciate the architecture!!
