Park at Willowbrook

Hands down the most unprofessional and unsafe community I have ever seen my entire life. If safety is your concern, I recommend you not consider. Same thing with hassle-free living and repairs. Where do I even begin?! My mother was subject to an aggrevated robbery right infront of our appartment door in the parking lot. Management was barely helpful and it took them over a week to provide the surveillance videos even though they did allow us to review it. Our neighbors were the only help we got... and they tried to make sure we're safe because according to them " this jad happened a couple of months back to somebody else." This was in October 2018. Guess what? Her car just got broken into again. January of 2019. Thankfully nothing was stolen but every single item was tossed around and there were footprints on her seats. The assistant manager was never helpful AT ALL throughout my whole experience here and according to her, the "new mamagement" no longer allows residents to view surveillance footage when they are subject to a robbery. I have a work order with them to fix my oven that's been unresolved since November. Ive only been there 6 to 7 month and had my bathrooms and carpets flood with sewer water twice. I am not renewing my stay here at the end of my lease amd I sincerely would not wish what ive been through here on anybody. 1 star is the least rating available but its really generous for them. Great location! Easy access to 249, 45 and Beltway 8. Many stores are close by with a Walmart across the street. Apartments are good for the price. A very quite community for most part. I have had no problems at all, going on one year now. Some small issues here and there but nothing that cannot be fixed or a phone call away to admin office. If there was more space, I would say to create more parking for visitors.

i have been living here since 2012 and my first experience here was horrible due to the current management they had. Since Ms Nancy has been there, everything is much better. Ms Nancy and her staff have been amazing and are very thoughtful. even when i fell on hard times, Ms Nancy helped in whatever way she could. The only con here is the....parking...other than that i am pleased.

Pros: So there's been alot of renovation going on. They have new pool furniture, they fixed up green space, they painted. Great location in my opinion with a walmart across the street and right on 249 with close location to beltway and 1-45. Pretty quiet most of the time.

Cons: These apartments are old. Not all the units have been renovated and there are some sketchy people here and there. furthermore, not very many amenities besides the pool which is really small and parking sucks. (You... only get one guest pass) Read More
