Park at Woodwind Lakes

The apartments are nice and they do a great job with maintaining the units. The community is less desirable, very noisy, cars playing load music, kids everywhere all times of night, kids yelling, cursing and standing on tope of cars. Trash everywhere, loud neighbors, you can hear your neighbor sneeze. The trash is the worst, tenants throw trash on the ground instead of in the dumpsters. Management only sends out notes, none of the issues get resolved. A year was too mush!!!!!

The Park is in a great location from stores and schools. Also there is access to the freeway that will take you in either direction. The grounds of this apartment complex is always clean. What drew me was I was getting what you would get if you lived in a on story house. From your balcony you get a yard , a big yard with trees. I haven't ever rented an apartment where I could have my own yard off my balcony. I sit on my balcony many times, specifically during the rain and enjoy the fresh... air, and just watch the rain come down. The 2bd rooms 21/2 bath just sold me because i could not believe I was getting all this for the price at that time. The landscaping is clean and there are not a lot of these apartment just a hand full and its kind of tuck away. But i see the personnel almost everyday showing the model that's directly in front of my unit, So people are finding my hideaway. Read More

Small community of townhomes. Manager is friendly and fair! No major crime issues! Quiet and peaceful!
