Complex clean, management is friendly and easy to talk to and friendly. Everything is within a 7 minute or less to walk to. A porta to communicate to management, maintenance & prepay for on-site upto date laundry facility that each tenant has their own key to unlock which automatically locks once in or you go out. Clean grounds. Most of all, It's very quit here. I'm retired & a Disabled Veteran. Covered and uncovered parking. None registered vehicles will be towed. But guests vehicles can be... registered 24/7 without going to office. Communication with office is greater. I've decided to make this my home and gladly to say it. Everything off property is within a 7 minutes or less to walk to. A large Veteran community as well. Retire here if you want peace & quit. It's a older property but great to live, wheather temporary or permanent. 1.5 years I've lived here. Handicapp accessible. Not alot of pets here but the ones that do are own leashes. I really do not recommend these apartments at all ... the place is ok but the maintenance service is very bad ... I have a water leak in the toilet for two months ... they come to check it and the maintenance people do not know how to fix it ... Personal does not prevent you from wasting a lot of water ... I repeat the maintenance service is very bad ... I report it to the manager with your regional supervisor and nobody cares ...

I have only been here for 2 months and I regretted it the day I moved in. I have done apartment living for over 10 years between 5 different complexes and I have never complained about apartment living before, but this place is absolutely horrible. It takes over a month and several follow ups to get a service request taken care of, I turned in my requests 3 days from move in, and it took a whole month, several office trips to follow up, and another service requests online before they actually... acknowledged things needed to be fixed. They make the service request complete online, but do not actually complete the service request. They put on their site that the requests were complete, but it was not even fixed. They charge nonsense fees like statement fees when you do not actually get a statement, but see the fees online. You can never get a hold of anyone in the front office, constantly chasing staff around here. I should have known better before even signing the lease because even that was a struggle. I had to call several times to find out if I had been approved and several more times just to get them to send me the lease. I even emailed and never received responses. At move in, they gave a completely different model apartment from the one I was shown. I was told the apartment layout would be a little different, but it wasn't even somewhat close to what I was shown. I was told I would have one apartment number, then it was switched to another apartment. I wasn't even kept on the same side of the complex from the model shown, I was pushed across the street to another portion of the complex. The apartment was completely run down. The front door only has one lock, the bottom lock is missing, and the door is broken, looks like it had been a victim of kick-door before. The front porch and back patio lights do not work. The pests are out of control. One of the washer valves was missing, lights were broken in the bedrooms, just everything was making me want to find out how to get out of my lease. The neighbors are constantly loud, loud music from next door every weekend and constant stomping from upstairs. The kids run back and forth past my bedroom window everyday after school and all weekend. It is never quiet. I couldn't even get my mail box key for over a month. These apartments are in a very centered location. The neighbors are very calm and to themselves. It's simply a great place to rent. Although there are times where there's a need of a little TLC in the apartments the staff is very quick and efficient to work on it right away. The only downside is that there are only two laundry rooms on site but it doesn't affect the quality of the apartments. It's a great starter home!
