The property is under new management. The extra fees the require you to pay have tripled. You pay these fees and the rent and it adds up. They never fix anything and the property looks like crap. The gates never work so anyone can come on to the property at any time. The mail boxes are a mess, missing doors, not locked so anyone can get your mail. The pool is never clean and there are no washer/dryers that you can use on the property unless you have your own.

Husband and I rented here... Don't do that. It took almost a WEEK to get them to respond to us telling them our fridge did not work. Even told then it cost us to lose over $100 in food, since they claim renter's insurance is through them. NEVER replaced the food. Gave them a list of things that needed to be repaired when we moved in at the start of June. It is almost September and nothing is fixed. Sometimes, the sewer spills in the parking lot; there is no hot water or no water at all; and the toilet is backed up.

I've been living here for about 6 or 7 months with my friend an let me tell you maintenance is bad I reported that my main door has been broken an was hard for me to close it now that it completely broken to the point when u open the whole door comes off I reported it 4 weeks ago keep in mind I'm 7 months pregnant I can't be struggling with this door horrible staff I now decide to move out because the main owner to my apartment left me alone they raise the bill high every month I really... recommend nobody looks at this place it might look nice an all but if you don't want to get cheated off rent please look somewhere else Read More

Staff is very friendly. Great maintenance team. I had a leak in the roof and it started late at night, the guy came out and fixed it without any attitude or complaining. You can imagine it was quite a mess leftover, however he cleaned everything up and offered even to fix broken panel before he left. Never had service like that. I was so impressed that and also the rent is reasonable.
