Nightmare Complex

There is so much wrong with this place. The laundry facilities do not work and are often locked and out of order for months at a time. Since living here we have had a bedbug infestation, which we treated ourselves at great effort and expense. We still have a roach problem, which we also pay to treat ourselves. We have had 3 or 4 used refrigerators before finally landing on one that actually works, kind of. Water is often shut off to work on the plumbing and then the pilot is not re-lit on the… water heater until someone calls about no hot water. Finally, the biggest reason not to move here is the monthly and often weekly power outages caused by the building's jenky wiring. The power went out during both of the last 2 freezes, while everything around us was still on. This place is a disaster and the moment we can afford to move, we will.
