The apartment has good and able management that are ready to attend to your need. Also the environment is friendly.
I will recommend it.

Do not waste your time applying for these apartments it's been since July when first applied and no one has reached out to me or gave me a update on my application. I've called numerous times to check the status of my application and all they can say is you are on a waiting list. Wasnt informed of a waiting list for a one bedroom only two bedroom had a waiting list when I applied. Very unprofessional property manager never there. Ladies in the office no clue of anythingabout when apartments... will be ready or anything,they cant even give any contact information for the property manager. All they tell you is that the property manager is in Dubai. At least call people that have applied and let them know if they are approved or not that's what real apartment leasing agents do. A really bad experience this year with this complex. Which is in under a new management. August 2018 to 2019. Lady at front very disrespectful. They not fixing anything. From day 1 until end of my lease air conditioner could not get fixed.

I moved in May 2018 with the rent special and I have no complaints. The day of move in was after the office closed, in which I could not get into the drive through gate, due to security reasons. I contacted the After hours answering service, and they sent a maintenance staff person to let me in, which was pretty nice. The next day, i was in the office to get my car gate card.

I also spoke to the office staff to have my apartments patio to be more secure. The office sent someone to switch the... secure locking device within 1 hour. My kids even have access to the near by schools and the public school bus picks them up right in front of the office, sometimes my kids are to busy playing in the play ground which is on the property.

Also, the office management ran out of the snacks in the office, which when I asked they got me a whole box of snacks and delivered it to my apartment. Great Job Guys!!
