Plazawood Apartments

Location, location, location! This 24-apt complex is located right in the heart of the hip and happening Montrose. Walking distance from several stores, bus stops/routes, restaurants and bars. This place is perfect for any city dweller without the high price of the new condos and high-rises quickly developing around the area. It is gated with a lush courtyard, and filled with friendly neighbors, most of whom have small pets. Built in the 1960s, these apartments are a bit old and might be why... they have no dishwasher or garbage disposal. There are, however 2 sets of on-site washer/dryer machines located in the commons. A few tenants, including myself, have experienced on-going roach problems. Unfortunately, the landlord prefers to remedy this issue with a host of his own solutions rather than calling a professional.
