Current Conditions

Just a little neighborly advice... If you are moving into Quail Chase, you may want to select buildings other than 3, 8, 19, 23, 27, and 30, if you really like to cook or just have a family. Otherwise, those may be great for single individuals with small cookware. In their infinite wisdom, Dominium had their contractor, Katerra, change out large GE dishwashers for small dishwashers that require three loads to the one and will ultimately jack up your electric bill, detergent expense, and cause... more water usage for them. It;s been a really painful enough renovation over the past year with someone expected in your apartment every week, but do not think they are through. Katerra informed us that they will be here for another month and a half. Then Dominium will be coming in all the time. Just don't expect any privacy or the ability to relax within your leased unit, regardless of building number. Not to mention that they want you to leave your security system off most of the time while their access gates are wide open. Crazy!
