I do not recommend living here. Management avoids resident issues.
Before I signed the lease it was very easy to get in contact with the office, but once I was a resident it became extremely difficult. Anytime I’ve had an issue I must call the office usually 5-6 times through out the day (during their business hours) to get a hold of anyone. I’ve sent probably 15 emails to the ranchwood@sicomu.com and only received a reply once.
There is not enough parking for residents. They don't complete work orders in a timely manner. Sketchy neighbors. Utilities (not... electricity) and extra fees is an average $100 each month. Littering problem so consequently a roach and mice problem. Bookkeeping errors where they leave threatening letters on your door even though you have proof you paid.

These Apartments Are Great For A Single Individual Or A Small Family. And The Access To The Freeway Is A Terrific Plus For The Person On The Go.
