Poor management old property will charge a unreasonable amount of fee’s they don’t care about you only money their staff is not consistent there’s different people in the office every 2 months or so plus the property has RATS running around every yeah imagine that RATS!!

Don't Do It
This is probably the worst place I have ever lived in my whole 29 years. The maintenance and management are horrible. You can put it work orders it will be weeks before they are addressed. The water is brown, whenever there is an issue before they address the issue they find a way to blame it on you. The location is great but is it really worth these horrible apartments.

Great place to call home
I lived here for over 3 years. A lot has changed since the old management team. The ladies in the office are a wonderful blessing. They help you and make sure you are taken care of, they are very professional and genuine. The manager always greets everyone walking in with a smile and always ask if there is anything she can do to make it better for the community. Something that is rarely done anywhere. I would recommend anyone to this property. It is a great place to call home.
