Please I recommend to save you the trouble DO NOT RENT HERE you will regret it the management changes every 3 months they fired everyone in the office now they have Erica as the manager who barely knew anything as a leasing agent lol she watches everything you do there’s no privacy and she’s weird anyway the CONS are there two maintenance men who barely fix anything and if they do they leave marks and stains on your walls as if they have no respect for your place. On the 4th day of each month... they give a 3 day notice to pay ,again on the 4th!!!! They are weird they will text your phone and send emails all day but don’t do a lick of work to make sure the complex is maintained they are toxic incompetent management and I’ll be glad when karma comes and remove them soon. You will not feel appreciated as a tenant again they are weird they send emails about your guest coming towing your car and as well as guest as if they are stalking your every move I will not be renewing no lease at this trash dump they have roaches ac doesn’t work ants coming in through the vents etc please beware before you sign anything of an agreement here I would think three times!!! Pay attention to your surroundings. The property tries to maintain a quiet and safe environment for all resident and for the most part they succeed. An inspired sense of humor will help you deal with older appliances and young, maturing neighbors. With some elbow grease and effort, you will look back at your time here with gratitude. Roaches, 2nd grade appliances and fixtures, suspectible to crime and inadequate and indiscriminate parking

I have lived here for the past two years and I can't complain much. The management tries and MY apartment is nice. Newly renovated, no loud noises and I have only had one encounter with a crazy, road-raged, neighbor. Everyone here is just trying to make it. Walmart and H-E-B are nearby and just minutes away from 59 and you are right next to SH 8. There is a metro stop just outside the GATED complex and a 24-HOUR security team.

A downside is the "community" around the complex....Bissonnet (the... main street) has downgraded the over the past decade I've heard and you would not catch me walking around outside the gates.....
It is an okay-good place to live. Like I said everyone inside seems to take care of their business and we are all just trying to make it. The mgmt of the complex helps us make this possible. Read More

It is a nice, quiet place in the middle of a very busy city. Newly renovated units are beautiful.
