Roller Coaster Ride at the RTH
I am finally done living here although Shelley and Don were wonderful (they’re both gone now). Garage issues were never addressed. Please be advised that the garages have chains, not belts, so they are super noisy and shake the bedroom floor, especially if you live in the 2nd floor Amelia plan. I have had 4 different downstairs neighbors who opened and closed their garage door repeatedly during the week nights - 1am to 3am. Front gate has not been repaired for 5 weeks now... Vendors are cheap... and perform poor work. I would def reconsider living here since it most likely will take more than 4 years to get issues resolved, even if you are a loyal tenant. Just an FYI, most reviews with a 5 have been because Dontania and Shelley were wonderful about taking care of the residents. Neither are there now.

I tried to actually figure out a fault about this town home. Unfortunately, I couldn't reason any. The professionalism from their staffs is just excellent. The maintenance staff are friendly and respond to your issues almost immediately. The environment is so quite, you will hardly see pets or people outside just anyhow. I really love this place. I will recommend here to anyone that needs a peaceful environment
