Save yourself the headache
0 stars needs to be an option. The only professional in the office is Shawn (he can craft the heck out of an email.) unfortunately thats the only good thing I can say about this place. No policies are enforced until you are asking to leave. Everyone signs the no smoking policy but they aren’t going to do anything about it. The birds have more rights than the tenants. Of course Veronica and Chanel are nice when you are looking to lease but what they wont tell you is the water is shut off every... other week. They will not disclose the mold in the walls. If you like roaches, theyll definitely keep you company. (Be prepared to be your own pest control). Pest control company they use are weird AF. They like to enter your apt without knocking. Your maintenance request will go weeks without being completed. Or they will blame you saying user error. The moment you bring forth a concern in the office, they will try to avoid you at all cost. You also pay for door to door trash pickup, please be prepared to walk your trash to the dumpster. If you have a car, get a garage. It will be broken into. No the office will not discuss any info about the break ins and vehicle vandalism. No, there isnt any security here either. You are on your own. If you would like to see how fast they move on repairs and clean ups, theres an apt with no sidewall that you can clearly see from the street while passing by. Been like that for a couple of months and theres also a unit directly behind the office with bullet holes in the window. move here at your own risk. I see how the office staff likes to say “sorry for the inconvenience” on these reviews. No need to post that here. I’m aware of how sorry y’all are every time I have to interact with y’all. Don’t be sorry, be careful. Better yet, do better.
