Rock Creek at Hollow Tree

I was excited to move into my first apartment, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. When I moved in, the apartment was not as clean as it should have been. I found dust, debris, and even dead bugs under the sinks, and I started seeing bugs shortly after moving in.

There were also several maintenance issues, including the shower not draining properly and the toilet not flushing. While those issues were eventually fixed, I don’t believe a new resident should have to deal... with these problems immediately after moving in.

I’ve also reached out to management about my remaining concerns and have had difficulty getting a response. As a first-time renter, I expected the apartment to be clean, move-in ready, and for communication to be more responsive.

I hope management improves its inspection, cleaning, and communication processes so future residents have a better experience. Read More

Es la peor atención que he recibido , no llaman , ni avisan y demoran más de 15 días revisando la aplicación, no les interesa el bienestar de quien aplica ni su tiempo ni dinero , no lo recomiendo para NADA , MUY MAL TRABAJO

The ladies in the leasing office go above and beyond to be helpful, kind and make sure you are taken care of at this complex (which has been going through HUGE upgrades in renovation) and gets better everyday. I’ve specifically worked with Carmen the most and she’s phenomenal, however if she is not available everyone else in the office will help out as much as possible. The office staff is so amazing and very helpful. Yaniri helped me out and is a very sweet young lady. Karina, the leasing manager is always on point with helping me in my needs.
