Mal servicio

Es la peor atención que he recibido , no llaman , ni avisan y demoran más de 15 días revisando la aplicación, no les interesa el bienestar de quien aplica ni su tiempo ni dinero , no lo recomiendo para NADA , MUY MAL TRABAJO

5 STARS!!

The ladies in the leasing office go above and beyond to be helpful, kind and make sure you are taken care of at this complex (which has been going through HUGE upgrades in renovation) and gets better everyday. I’ve specifically worked with Carmen the most and she’s phenomenal, however if she is not available everyone else in the office will help out as much as possible. They clearly work as a team and I can personally say I am so happy with the management here and know they are only going to... continue to improve the facilities as I’ve seen the progress already made in the 6 months I’ve been living here! Highly recommend!!!

Getting worse with each new management company

New management just took over the complex. Anytime you call the office no one answers. A answering machine comes right on telling us how they are busy. I left a message on Monday for someone to return my call and it’s Thursday and I’m still waiting. Since then I’ve been calling every single day several times a day and no answer. Since I work during their business hours I called the corporate Indio office and they gave me a email address to the property manager that was undeliverable when I... emailed it. Besides that since they took over the grass has not been cut. I put in a work order on Sunday and no one has showed up to even look at it. Roaches are worse than ever.
