Poor Security
I lived at Sharpstown Park Apartments from 2018 to 2020. I am only giving a 1 star because their maintenance service is good. The elevator in the building is always stalled. The security is far from poor. The exit gate is broken ninety percent (90%) of the time. The gate can be pushed open from outside.
I traveled out of town early this year(few days before the pandemic), within 2 days all the four wheels and tires on my 2019 Toyota Camry were stolen . The apartment staff could not access the... video footage. It appears their security cameras are not working too. It cost me a total of $4000 to replace both the wheels and tires of my car. I had to break my lease because, I didn't feel safe there anymore. IF YOU CARE SO MUCH ABOUT YOUR SAFETY AND PROPERTY, I WOULD ADVISE YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT!!
