Siena Courtyards Apartments

The employees are always very kind. I've only had good experiences with them and I'm grateful for everything they've helped me with.

My 2 years at Siena Courtyards was truly amazing. Property management was outstanding and expressed good energy. If I ever needed anything, maintenance and management would always be prompt to respond. All personnel truly care, hence will make me miss them. Thank you all for making my temporary stay - one to remember!

My son likes it there. With the exception of gun shots fired on weekend nights, he says it's pretty quiet. I told him that I wanted to write a review and asked him how he would rate living there and why: He said the only reason he gives it a FOUR STAR is because of the lukewarm showers he has to take. Management said the hot water boiler is broken and they are trying to find a company to fix it. The only other thing is a few roaches here and there even after bombing and sealing areas that does… not have gaps that are too big to caulk. Also, no ceiling fan or ceiling light fixture in the bedroom. From my experience, while communicating a lot with management; is that they are extremely polite, patient and professional. Aside from the hot water issue, they send maintenance out promptly and the maintenance guy does a very diligent and detailed job!! Customer service and maintenance are HIGHLY IMPORTANT to me and THEY EXCEL at it!! That's my personal experience and observation in the month that my son has been there, thus far. He also says he thinks his neighbors are ghosts, cause he hardly ever sees or hears a peak out of them. That's a GIGANTIC PLUS!!! They have rats I only been here 5 months and I see rats in my kitchen I’ve been trying to kill them but I rather move to a area where it’s no rats ??
