Been here for 10 years & all they have done is change air fliters for us, we have mold in the apt & when we asked for new appliances they accused me of changing locks & violating the lease no good is ever done to the inside of our apartment & somehow my rent is only going up, water is always getting shut of multiple times when they renovate outside they plug in to our walls & our light bill goes up on us how does that make sense in general these apartments & management are incompetent of running… this community they just want you money. DO NOT MOVE HERE. If I could give these apartments a zero rating trust me I would. Take your time and consider other living spaces. I just moved into these apartments recently and these are the worst apartments I have ever experienced in my life. I’ve been here only 3 weeks and I’ve found 30 huge cockroaches and rat droppings. Each day since I’ve been here there have been a cockroach in my bathtub waiting for me it’s exhausting having to clean up dirty pests. I’ve spent over $100 in pest control… even though pest control is supposed to come with the apartment. When you walk to your car you will see huge roaches running across the ground trying to get into your house and believe me they get in. The bath tub is ridiculously dirty. when you shower the paint peels. The apartment reeks of paint fumes and has paint sputtered everywhere. Most of the appliances in the apartment do not work. Most of the electrical plugs do not work!! On the first week I moved in I requested maintenance and they did not come until the 3rd week. Then, they get on activebuilding and act as if they completed the job when they did not complete the job. The tow company is unreasonable and will tow your car regardless of your residential status. As I was moving my things into my freshly paint stained apartment the tow company took my vehicle even though I have a resident parking sticker, I’ve had to pay to get my car out of the tow company when I live here. I wish I would have listened to the bad ratings. It hasn’t even been a month and I think this is one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made.. please listen to me I am begging you. DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS WHAT SO EVER.. save your money or you will be wasting it living in filth. The only nice thing I can truly say about these apartments is that when you’re in distress trying to figure out where your vehicle is, your neighbors will help you. Other than that this place is basically like living in a dumpster. Be careful where you invest your money! If you decide to live here despite all the negative ratings at the very least sign a short leasing contract so you won’t have to suffer in hell for too long & good luck Charlie! Read More

These apartments had rats and roaches everywhere no matter how much we cleaned they have holes in their walls maintenance take forever just to come half way fix the problem. My car was stolen , people take your wheels off your cars HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!

Maintaince always does good job when coming to my apartment to work no mess and always leaving the place clean when work is done
