My review concerns the performances of Milagra on maintenance services since my arrival nearly 13 years ago. She is very serious about her work, responsive to resident needs and is able to quickly follow through on tasks. Recently, the exterior parking lot lights were not working and the area was very dark and ominous. I notified Milagra and we had all lighting restored by evening. She is a gem on this property and a treasure
for the residents!

Todo asido excelente, desde el personal de la oficina sobre todo Jenny ,,y ni ablar del personal de mantenimiento siempre muy atentos y rápido an completado mis ordenes de trabajo … y la propiedad muy limpia y y los árboles dan mucha sombra todo a sido excelente

The community is nice here but there’s a few issues with maintenance :) the community isn’t 100% safe because the gate seems to always be messed up but for the most part there’s been no issues on that end since being here

I feel like I've been given a little slice of paradise coming here. The staff is very professional & helpful, the residents are private & friendly, and the property is peaceful & quiet.

In the short time we have been here the apartments have been above and beyond our expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean on move in.
