New management is doing their best to get the work done for better living here.
In the last 6-9 months many neighbors moved out around my apartment.
I hope that we can have activities for get to know more our new neighbors!

Oh, I’ve contacted the office five times now about transferring to a different apartment—five. And somehow, I’ve managed to get a completely different answer each time. Impressive, really. The manager was supposedly going to follow up every time. Spoiler alert: they didn’t.

Now, out of nowhere, they’ve decided to double the transfer fee. Because clearly, the goal here is to make it easier (and cheaper!) to just move out entirely. And honestly? That sucks. We’ve been here for seven years. But... hey, if this is how they want to play it, fine. We’ll take our loyalty—and our rent—somewhere else. Lee mas
