I've call Tall Timbers home for 3 years now and have never regretted 1 day!
The staff goes above and beyond to take care of their residents.
Not only is the communication top notch, but they makes us feel more like family than residents

It is the best place where I have lived !! It is a very quiet and safe place for my family, its gardens are always clean, the location is excellent, and the office and maintenance staff very attentive.

Laundry and parking are really bad.
Lived here not that long but laundry machines are broken. Parking is first come first served, forget about finding spaces at night. There are reserved spots that are usually almost empty. You have to pay $35 more a month to get your own reserved parking spot. Ludicrous. Also there are limited visitor parking spots so if its at night, there are no parking spots left and literally nowhere else to park your visitor's car without running the risk of getting towed. I live downstairs and I can hear my... neighbor walking around all the time, its very annoying.

Quiet and clean
I have lived here since 2009 and always found the staff to be on top of everything. Location is great, grounds are clean and maintenance is attentive.
