The Crossings

Been living here for about eight years now and what I can say about the place is very quiet and peaceful. Security is great. Nobody messes with nobody. I love it here.

They are a disorganized company. When I first moved it, the bathtub was rusted and peeling white stripes(still like that because maintenance couldn’t do nothing) Now I’ve been going back and forth with maintenance and the Manager Claudia with my a/c. I called them over 5 times and each time they came they did something that supposedly “fixed” the issue. But it took the fifth time to tell me that the Top floor to the townhouse will never be as cool as the bottom part of the townhouse and have to... keep a/c at 50F to keep it cool. Simply unprofessional, I can honestly say I am so glad I don't have to deal with the unfortunate service that I was provided on a daily basis by NOT living there. As I spoke to the young lady on the phone, she was very sarcastic. Almost as if she was trying to make me feel stupid, and laughing after every question I asked and everything she said. She almost sounded as if she was under the influence. I could also hear her co-worker in the background yelling and laughing at whatever was going on... in the office. It's just very upsetting that the company does not know who they are hiring. Read More
