DO NOT LIVE HERE

Ever since Berkshire bought the Ivy in 2025, this place has gone extremely downhill. There are consistent maintenance issues, they’ve replaced the building staff with AI agents, so when there is an issue, you cannot speak with a human being to resolve it.

The air conditioning unit in my apartment has been out for an entire month and it’s still not fixed!!! Berkshires solution was to install a temporary window unit in the bedroom, but the living room and kitchen is still stuck at 80 degrees in… the middle of summer! After a month of submitting maintenance requests, no one has been able to tell me what the issue is or when my unit will have central A/C. Absolute joke of a management company.
