No consistent hot water

Ive been living here two years now. Recently, we haven’t had a full 6 months of consistent hot water, that’s my current issue.

No complaints

I’ve been living here two years. I feel safe walking around my apartments even at night. It’s very quiet. Any time I have a question the leasing office is always available to answer. Maintenance is very reliable too, when I have I problem they come the very next day

Office issues

The office is always close never answer the phone is very difficult to get ahold of them. No customer service whatsoever very rude people.

Great Service

I went into the office to renew my lease Vanessa was just getting in she hadn't even sat down she greeted me at the door with a pleasant smile and the lease renewal went with ease. I been living here for a year in August, and I love everything about it. Thanks, Ms. Vanessa, for you great customer service.

Harbor place to live in

This is a horrible place to live and it's roach infested they don't take care of their property their gate are always broken . This is a dump don't recommend nobody in this place. The management staff sucks they are horrible people that work in the office it's take forever for them to fix any of the things that's their own property . They get no starts.
