LOVE the community

I have lived at these apartments for two years now and I love how clean and organized the community is. Everyone is so nice and I love my one bedroom. It is extremely cozy and the ceramic flooring is so easy to clean and it keeps my apartment cooler during these summer months.

Awful Living Conditions

In my nearly two years of living here under two different owners, the general use facilities were never operational, there was an ever present roach and rat issue, countless break-ins and crime issues, and was generally an unpleasant living experience. The units are cramped, with outdated appliances and their “silver” package is just the base with some cheap, newer looking fixtures and a new coat of paint. The new owner, who took over in December, 2021, implemented several “necessary charges” in… order to “improve” the property, but as of my writing, little of the promised improvements have actually come to fruition other than the aforementioned silver apartments.

If you must, then move in, but I was happy to find other units inside the loop with more amenities, with more space, in safer locations, for only a couple hundred more a month.

Very poor

The supervisor doesn't fix anything my oldest cut her pinky toe on broken tile that they tore up an never came back to fix my rent was paid up an they still didn't come fix my apartment. The foundation is messed up an she still refuses to do anything about my apartment. The celling is caving in

Very nice place

I just moved here and the staff is very nice helpful Janelle is very professional , She help me to get in quickly. I fell safe when I get home late at night.No problems with parking I just love I here.

Nice affordable apartments.....with Great Management.

Staff available 24/7. Management is respectful and always willing to work with you. Quiet , safe, and child friendly. I highly recommend these apartments.
