worst apartment I have ever lived in

I first moved here when I moved to Houston. It was cheap near my daughters school so I decided to stay here. Worst mistake I have ever made. The people at the front office are rude and disrespectful. Nothing ever gets fixed. My air conditioner was not cooling off the house multiple times I called them to tell the front this and nothing ever got done. We would have to beg them. My bathroom toilet broke we called them so many times just for them to half fix it. The apartment would get so hot we... would have to sit in my car. I hated this apartment pls don’t move here.

Love my home

This has been my home for a few years. It has been a very quiet Community and I love my place. The neighbors are quiet and it has been a very pleasant experience. The team that works in the office are very nice and helpful . I enjoy their events as well. It is in a good spot!

Family Friendly

Wonderful community! Love the staff! Absolutely the best!! Manager Mrs. Ida and her team Ceci and Perla are wonderful! Very professional and definitely very caring about the community! Maintenance team is great ! Renewed!! Recommend!

Really nice

I’ve been living here for a while now and I love it. The office is super friendly and they’re always there if you have any problems. I’ve never had any problems anyway but I definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a safe and friendly neighborhood apartment.

Very nice

The staff is very nice and when I need something fixed, there are on it. The apartment complex is very diverse and kid friendly. I use to never let my kids go play outside but I feel very safe here. The kids have lots of friends and its very quiet
