NEW TENANT

Ashlee is the best she genuinely care about the tenants. She don't abandon you once you have signed your lease like other properties and if you have any concerns she and the maintenance man is more than happy to answer your questions and assist. She helped me find my way around since I had moved from out of state.
Can't wait to try the food trucks that come every week.
My daughter sent a package that arrived before we moved in and my neighbor gave the package to the office. Gated secure… property.

Packages are constantly stolen

This place is nice to live, it’s quiet and good maintenance. BUT there is a big problem with packages. There is an Amazon hub, but anything through USPS, FedEx or UPS is at risk of being stolen, even if it is left in the office. There is a person who works in the office who steals packages off people’s porch and residents steal people’s packages as well and this is a gated community.

Quiet happy neighborhood

I've been here 5yrs and the new owners are awesome!!! Dorion and Mike are so helpful, they're a breath of fresh air compared to the old owners. They actually listen to the residents. This is a great place to live.

New Tenant

This complex has 1-2 bedrooms and is wonderful for singles or retirees there are a few children but not many, there's only about 80 apartments in this complex. It sits on the bus stop so if your auto dies on you and you work in an area with bus service it is perfect. The manager is very good at what he does, helpful and understanding. Their service is great, the have a pool and small gym so you don't have an excuse for not getting fit. You are only about 5 to 10 minutes from the freeway, complex… quiet and comfortable. You will love it here.
