Tronewood apartments should be demolished
This apartment complex has not passed inspection with the city of Houston twice. The electrical system is terrible. The sewer system needs to be rebuilt. Management is never there. We went 2 weeks without air conditioning during the hottest of this past summer. The kitchen ceiling leaks. There is mold in the closets there is standing water in various places many times. Whenever management does show up we are told they will get it fixed and have to wait longer than we should. My overall opinion... is this is a slum!!! Hopefully my living arrangements will be elsewhere very soon.
