Maintenance is a recurring issue. Repairs often take weeks to months. Communication is not good. Requests put into the maintenance system are closed without the problem being solved, sometimes with no action taken at all.

Amazing place to live. Safe and clean. Chelsea, the assistant manager is extremely kind and thoughtful! Glenda the manager always has an open door policy and Venue is always trying to improve!
