Great price for the area
it’s a great price all bills paid so no surprise at the end of the month. The lady in the office Ms Perla sweet and cares about us. The maintenance team Mel and Memo are always working live to see that they care about us.

Today I am Renewing my Lease and giving 4 Stars
I like living here at Vista Del Rey Apartments because it is nice, quiet and is a family community. There are a few discrepancies, but the staff is doing a great job upgrading and keeping it clean. Need better countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, but the Schools, Malls, Shops, Fast Food are all accessible at walking distances.
This is why I give this property 4 stars!

Bad place to live
This is a terrible place to stay, these people make extra money from towing vehicles that belong to the residents. They have partnered with a tow company and they will prey on your family if you have more than one car. They will knowingly issue you one permit for your car and tell you to park in visitor parking then when you go out of town, they will tow your vehicle move to vista del rey at your own risk.
