EXCELLENT FRS FRS !!

The area is well spaced out and the apartments are well redone. The staff are wonderful and nice and I give most thanks to 2 of the best staff members they have. I highly refer this complex for first time and even new renters. ASK FOR ANA OR SARAH !!!

RATS IN THE APARTMENTS

There are rats in the apartments not just a few every neighbor I have talked to seems to have the same problem. The management excuse is that there is a bayou nearby . If your ok with living with rats in your home and waking up to your groceries being bit through and holes in your house from there entrances this is the place for you . The first few months were pleasant but since the first siting of rats I’ve been uncomfortable. I’m ready to MOVE. Also the walls are super thin easily can put a… hole in a wall .

The only reason I rated it a 2 star is because the apartments are quiet ,new appliances and there are really not any roaches . Most likely because of the rats .Also the maintenance men are hardworking .

Wonderful

I have lived here for about 12 years and cannot say enough wonderful things about the office staff. The property has gone through so many changes, all for the best and under new management. The assistant Ana is so wonderful to speak to and the manager Marlene is always so happy and also wanting to help. I really love living here.

I really loved these apartments it’s my first time leasing and Anna and Blanca are so helpful they made me feel so welcome and the apartments are so nice i can’t wait to move in i love it you won’t go wrong with picking these apartments ??

Office

The staff and maintenance are so helpful and wonderful! I am very happy to say I live there and I am also very excited for the remodeling that has happened. The manager and her assistant are so pleasant and I love to go in the office to get a cup of coffee from their coffee bar. I would highly recommend this community!!!!!
