Cheap and Off the Freeway

This complex only has two bedroom and 1 bath apartments. The management makes everyone stay on their P's and Q's. The apartments are right off downtown and they are reasonably priced. They are across the street from an HISD high school and just a shirt walk from an HISD junior high school.
