Crime is High!!
My car broken in 2 times in last 2 months!!! Hit and run few days ago in their parking lot !!! Contact management to get out of my lease they told me they can not help!! You are going to be paying rent plus car insurance deductible!!!!!! Stay away! You might get hold at gun point during night time especially when the complex leaves gate opens and no security on duty!

Was okay when rent was low but now it's raised the rent and is overpriced
When i first moved in a year and a half ago, the rent was 840 and water was around 25. This place used to be ok because it was cheap and you could overlook a few things. Now they have raised the rent to 950 and water is 50 bucks. Apartment is old and A/C units are loud and are not strong enough to keep the house completely cool in the summer. Appliances in the apartment are old and prone to breaking down. Across the street are a few asian night clubs and bars that get loud at night--you can hear... the bass. Management is slow to fix issues...if they do fix it at all. When you ask the apartment manager why things are they way they are and why things don't get fixed he makes excuses and says he does not know what's going on.
