Very good impression

I've just toured this place today and found it awesome! The neighborhood is great, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I totally recommend it to those looking for a nice and convenient place in Houston!

Worst management!

This is the worst management I have ever encountered. The entire office staff members are extremely unprofessional, the property misleading from the photos. I requested to view a model five different times, each time I was given an excuse because they didn’t want to tour.
I had to apply in a hurry, ended up cancelling due to work and they refuse to return my $300 deposit!
I was in property management for 10 yrs and understand that a deposit is supposed to be REFUNDABLE! They are rude,… unresponsive, and unprofessional. DO NOT LEASE HERE
