if I can put 0 stars I will. I planned on moving in these apartments in hopes for a fresh start as a single mother. This was going to be my daughter’s first room on her own but our fairytale turned into a nightmare quickly !!!!!!!! From the moment I stepped into the unit it’s has been excessive roaches. So bad that pest control came twice and I also attempted to use 14 raid Foggers AND THEY ARE STILL THERE. Management is aware of the problem and still refuse to just move my unit . After two... attempts of pest control the manger told me that Pest control told her the unit has to be deep cleaned to see any improvement and she still thinks it’s okay for my one year old to live through those filthy conditions until they get it together. The management is rude and disrespectful they don't know how to talk to people. There in the office talk about the tents to other tents. They went up on my rent not once but three time and lied about it. Maintenance people fix thing when they want to. So don't think it going to get fix the next day or so try six months or a year that sounds better. The pictures you see are about eight years old the place don't look that good.

They are all rude in the office. The manager just sits in the office she don't do no ground walks in the apartment complex until it's time for inspections, she don't do anything about the riffraff around here like the selling of drugs in front of kids and they don't put out any notices letting you know when something happens on the premises car or home break-ins. The play ground have shredded up tires pieces, the pool always closed needs news pool furniture the gym only open during the office... hours. The ground around here always looks trashy, some of the park benches are poorly installed. They have poor book keeping when it comes to rent then they have the nerves to put a notice on your door saying your rent is under paid when you be have paid receipts showing u current on rent.
