A Great Bargain

I'm not sure why this place has such a bad reviews - I have lived here 3 years and had nothing but positive experiences. It's very green, the residents are friendly, and Jack, the maintenance guy, is fantastic. Whatever breaks he fixes within a day! Some residents have lived here for more than 20 years, and though it's true the surrounding neighborhood has some sketchy places, this one is well gated and secured. The location is such an easy reach to everything, and the rent is so cheap for... this part of town, we plan to stay here until we buy a house. Or until Jack should decide he's meant for greater things.

Do not bother

I wish I could go under 1 star.
These apartments are infested. They have rats in the ceilings and outdoors. I literally found a dead dried rat on the back patio steps. By move out, the entire apartment reeked of dead rat. Maintenance did nothing! I couldn’t even turn on the air as it died in the vent so the smell was already unbearable. Ridiculous!
They will try to charge you $3000 to repair this and the maintenance/front office is a joke.
Similar apartments in the area would be a better... decision.
DO NOT LIVE HERE
This is not a “nice” neighborhood The leasing office left a note about a robbery so there’s the potential to get robbed.
Also multiple strip clubs and late night clubs all around with people wandering the street 24/7 so if you value sleep or sanity- do not live here.
