I'm not sure why this place has such a bad reviews - I have lived here 3 years and had nothing but positive experiences. It's very green, the residents are friendly, and Jack, the maintenance guy, is fantastic. Whatever breaks he fixes within a day! Some residents have lived here for more than 20 years, and though it's true the surrounding neighborhood has some sketchy places, this one is well gated and secured. I wish I could go under 1 star.
These apartments are infested. They have rats in the ceilings and outdoors. I literally found a dead dried rat on the back patio steps. By move out, the entire apartment reeked of dead rat. Maintenance did nothing! I couldn’t even turn on the air as it died in the vent so the smell was already unbearable. Ridiculous!
They will try to charge you $3000 to repair this and the maintenance/front office is a joke.
Similar apartments in the area would be a better... decision.

This is not a “nice” neighborhood The leasing office left a note about a robbery so there’s the potential to get robbed.
Also multiple strip clubs and late night clubs all around with people wandering the street 24/7 so if you value sleep or sanity- do not live here. Read More
