The Standard on the Creek

I have been living here for two years but the truth is that I am very sorry. The services are horrible. The water sometimes smells bad. The pool is open when they feel like it. I have been asking for lights for my apartment for months and they use the COVID-19 situation to justify their incompetence. There are many apartments of the same price or even cheaper that will give you a better service. Not to mention that they had told me that they were responsible for the water and after months they... began to charge me. Love the modern style! The property is beautiful and has great affordable prices!

Beautiful small community, I love my one bedroom apartment here. Parking rules are very strict but looking at the positive it helps to keep our parking spots clear and available for us residents, visitors have their own designated areas. The office is closed on the weekends but other than that the staff is very helpful and professional. It's hard to get in touch with them over the phone on their busy hours but they get back with you if you leave a voicemail or an email. I hope this review helps.

My husband and I are interested in moving in as soon as we are next on the waiting list. The office staff is very nice and helpful and the property is beautiful and the prices are very affordable compared to the other properties in the area.
